Liver Bread Stuffing

The ingredients :
for the dough
we need
250 grams all purpuse flour
250 gram extra fine semolina flour
teaspoone of dry yeast
teaspoone of salt
for stuffing 
we need 400 grams of liver
one chopped onion
one tablepoone of parsley and one tablepoone of coriander salt,pepper ,turmeric, paprika, chili powder and one bay leave

150 ml of vegitable oil or canola oil
150 ml of milk 
one large egg
boiled potato 81 grams
200 grams of granulated sugar
dry yeast 7 grams
baking powder 7 grams
aniss seeds or vanilla 
all purpose flour 490

Spinach and Turkey Quiche Recipe

 the ingredients
For the dough or the quiche crust we need 
250 grams of all purpose flour
125 grams of unsalted cold butter
one egg yolk + 5cl water
pinch of salt 
teaspoon of garlic powder "optional"
For the filling
we need a turkey 
Spinach
chopped onion 
salt and pepper
heavy cream

Healthy Bran Bread Or Harcha







the ingredients 
  •  3 cups of Fine Bran 
  • one cup of fine semolina
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted melted butter 
  • 1 teaspoon of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt 
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • a little of warm water just until you form a ball (don't knead the dough)
    Let the dough rise for 15min then form it as a form of small pieces of bread and let it rise again
    then bake your Harcha in a pan on medium heat 
you can serve your Harcha with butter , honey, Nutella Or cheese
